How can I make a return?
To proceed with a return you must write an email to info@getspiny.com
Please include the following information to facilitate the process:
-In the subject indicate your order number.
-In the message, indicate your name and surname and the reason for the return.
The requirements to make a return are the following:
-That no more than 14 business days have passed since you received the product.
-There is no material damage.
-The original packaging must be preserved.
Please note that you must ship the product to Barcelona, where our warehouse is located.
We will respond to you within a maximum period of 24 business hours.
How do I get my money back?
You can make a product exchange, a gift card for the value of your order or a return to your original payment method.
Product change: New shipping will be free.
Gift card: The gift card will not have an expiration date, you can use it whenever you want.
