Shipping is free on the peninsula and with an extra EU 20 euros for the Balearic Islands and EU 45 to
Canary Islands with times between 1 and 5 days depending on the site.
RETURNS
How can I make a return?
To proceed with a return you must write an email to info@getspiny.com
Please include the following information to facilitate the process:
-In the subject indicate your order number.
-In the message, indicate your name and surname and the reason for the return.
The requirements to make a return are the following:
-That no more than 30 business days have passed since you received the product.
-There is no material damage.
-The original packaging must be preserved.
Please note that you must ship the product to Alicante, where our warehouse is located.
We will respond to you within a maximum period of 24 business hours.
